Terroirs of Tours-sur-Marne, millésimé _ only one year of grape harvest _ only one village, one single plot, old vines _ Aging in our bottles on lees, in our cellars during 7 to 8 years _ production of 3500 bottles

Deep golden color. The fine bubbles offer a beautiful effervescence.  A champagne of character where aromas of candied fruits (quince, pear...) are expressed. In the mouth, a beautiful freshness, exotic notes: mango, litchi, mingle with notes of fresh almonds, hazelnuts and jasmine. A roasted, toasted finish.

Expressive and generous, it will accompany you as an aperitif and will seduce you with a mushroom fricassee or a poultry with chestnuts.
